Terms of Use

1. About Frontrow

Frontrow is an invitation-only platform operated by eFounders SA (“eFounders”, “Hexa”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Belgian limited company with registered office at Drève des Libellules 5, 1170 Brussels, Belgium (company number BE 0833.922.163). Frontrow presents fundraising rounds from Hexa-backed startups to qualified investors.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Frontrow. By accessing Frontrow, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use Frontrow.

2. Eligibility

Frontrow is reserved for investors we have personally invited, or whose access request we have approved. Access is granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

By accepting these Terms you represent that you are at least 18 years old, you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you invest (or advise on investments) in a professional capacity (for instance as a venture capital firm, family office, business angel, or similar).

3. Your account

You sign in via magic link or a supported identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your email account and devices secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your sign-in link with anyone.

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep it up to date. If any information is incorrect or outdated, update it or ask us to remove your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your access or any content you see on Frontrow with anyone outside your firm without the founder’s written consent;
• republish, post, scrape, or redistribute information about a founder, a round, or the platform itself;
• use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect, or copy content from Frontrow;
• use Frontrow in a way that interferes with other users, breaches applicable law, infringes any right, or disrupts the platform;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• use information obtained through Frontrow to front-run a transaction, tip a third party, or otherwise act contrary to market integrity rules.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared on Frontrow about a startup, a founder, a round, or Hexa’s pipeline is confidential. You agree to treat it as such, to use it only to evaluate a potential investment, and not to disclose it to any third party except on a need-to-know basis within your firm and under equivalent confidentiality obligations.

This obligation survives termination of your access to Frontrow.

6. No investment advice

Frontrow is a discovery and introduction layer. Content made available on Frontrow is provided for information only and does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, an offer to sell, or a recommendation to buy any security. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and for any investment decision you make.

7. No representations

Information on Frontrow is submitted by founders and their teams. We do not independently verify every claim, projection, or figure. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on Frontrow. Forward-looking statements involve uncertainty and actual outcomes may differ.

8. Intellectual property

Frontrow, its design, logo, and underlying software are owned by eFounders SA or its licensors. Content about a specific startup belongs to that startup or its founders. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Frontrow except as expressly permitted by law.

9. Third-party links

Frontrow may link to third-party sites or services (for instance a founder’s Calendly). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Frontrow at any time, for any reason, without notice, in particular if you breach these Terms or if we wind down the platform. You may stop using Frontrow at any time by asking us to delete your account.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Frontrow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eFounders SA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eFounders SA, its affiliates, and their personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or investment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Frontrow.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels, Belgium.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-product. Continued use of Frontrow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
